How shipping works on a multi-vendor marketplace.
Who ships your order
Each seller ships the items you bought from their store, from the country shown on their store page. If your basket contains items from several stores, you receive several parcels and shipping is charged once per store.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost applied per store is shown in the basket and again at checkout before payment. The total you pay is final: no additional shipping charge is added afterwards.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the seller's country and your destination. The seller updates the fulfilment status of your order as soon as the parcel is dispatched; you can follow it from your order page.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries crossing a customs border, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are set by your country and are payable by you, the buyer.
A problem with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will follow it up with the seller.
