Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name, country and preferred language.
- Order data: shipping address, phone number, order contents, order status.
- Seller data: store details, location, payout status from Stripe.
- Technical data: authentication session, and the approximate location you explicitly allow when using the Near me feature.
Why we process it
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To process orders, payments, refunds and seller payouts.
- To share with the seller the delivery information strictly needed to ship your order.
- To comply with accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations.
Processors we use
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing, seller identity verification and payouts.
- These providers process data on our instructions and under their own security commitments.
Location data
The Near me feature only uses your position after you grant browser permission. The coordinates are used in your browser to sort stores by distance and are not stored on our servers.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Order, payment and invoice data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, even after account deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Send your request through the Contact page; we may ask for proof of identity before acting on it.
